There will always be something deliciously ironic about “Coyote Vs. Acme,” a movie about a little guy taking on an all-powerful corporation that was itself nearly erased by an all-powerful corporation. Warner Bros. Discovery infamously shelved the completed film in 2023, intending to take a tax write-off, before Ketchup Entertainment eventually rescued it for theatrical release.
That history gives “Coyote Vs. Acme” an irresistible extra layer of meta-textual satisfaction.
